Brian Morkert, CISSP, CISA, MCSE, GCSC, Security+

President and Consultant
Brian has more than 20 years of information systems and consulting experience. Throughout his career he has been involved in the design, implementation, and management of technology. For the past 12 years, his roles have focused entirely in the information security space with responsibilities for everything from international fraud investigation for a large multi-national to design and implementation of technologies such as Active Directory, intrusion detection, network infrastructure, and firewalls. Brian holds current CISA, CISSP, MCSE, GCSC and Security+ certifications. Brian co-founded TrustCC and is the President of the company.

Brian is currently a volunteer Board member of the West Sound Technology Professionals Association (WSTPA) of whom TrustCC is a sponsor. WSTPA is a non-profit organization supporting technology in Kitsap Peninsula.

Tom Schauer, CISA, CISSP, CISM, GCIH

CEO and Consultant
Tom has been practicing in IT security, audit and compliance for over 20 years. For the last 11 years, Schauer has been consulting to organizations large (Amex, Safeway, Toyota, WaMu) and small (over 150 different organizations) on how to responsibly and efficiently protect information and comply with regulations. He has led security and audit practices for Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and Guardent (now Verisign). In 2001 he founded TrustCC, one of the nation's most recognized IT security, audit and compliance consultancies among community banks and credit unions. Schauer is a frequent speaker at numerous national and international conferences including those hosted by the IIA, AICPA, ISSA, NASCUS, CMA, ACUIA, ISACA and NCUA.

Tom currently sits on the Board of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) chapter in Portland, Oregon. He also chairs their mentoring and internship program, helping students explore the IT security and audit profession.

Tom serves as a volunteer member of his local Young Life TDS Committee, helping to raise funds for this international non-denominational ministry reaching adolescents. He also serves as a volunteer Board member of Families Unlimited Network (FUN), a non-profit social service agency serving families in the greater University Place area.

Paul Webb

Vice President of Business Development
Paul has exclusively delivered packaged and customized information security, risk management, compliance and business continuance services for more than ten years to clients ranging from emerging banks to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to TrustCC, he was instrumental to the establishment of a regional office for a rapidly expanding information security consulting firm where he delivered security and compliance solutions to the financial services, payment card and state and local government industries. Previously, Paul delivered consulting and managed security services as a senior security advisor to Fortune 2000 companies, including the telecom, wireless, financial and technology industries.

At TrustCC, Paul is responsible for business development, partnership and account management programs that ensure the mutual success of TrustCC and our clients.
